Gold Coast Catering is a new branch of D and L Catering Pty Ltd who currently own The Spit Roast Catering Company, this business has been operating since 1982.

We are family owned and operated, not a franchise, we specialise in indoor and outdoor budget catering for family parties, weddings and corporate functions. We take the stress out of you having to prepare food for larger numbers of people than you usually do.

We have a licensed kitchen where we prepare your chosen menu, we arrive at the function address 2 hours before your nominated serving time and bring any hot food up to serving temperature in our portable gas ovens.
The meal can be served buffet style or to your guests at their tables (a staffing charge will apply for this service).

On the following pages you will find a selection of our suggested menus for you to consider, salads and hot vegetables can be interchanged to suit your requirements, (see our selection list for other choices) or we can tailor a menu just for you. If desserts are not required, prices where desserts are listed are reduced by $3-00 per guest. Children's prices are, 6–12 half price, 5 and under no charge, (if desserts are required for any under 5's allow $3-00 for each child). Two children at half price are to be counted as one adult when counting your guest numbers and children 5 and under are not to be included when calculating the guest numbers to be paid for.

Should you require us to supply tables to present the food on we charge $10-00 for each table with a table cloth, most menus need the equivalent of three 1800mm (6ft) long tables.

For evening functions we require an area with plenty of lighting and for all functions, if possible, a covered area to prepare and present the Buffet Tables.
If you would like any of the food that may be left over, please arrange to have some suitable containers handy ready for us to fill.

Final guest numbers are required 5 working days before your function date, this number will be the number of guests you will be charged for, no reduction in numbers can be made after this time. Should you have more guests arrive for your function we can adjust the invoice on the day to include them.

Function bookings can be secured by paying a deposit of 10% of the estimated cost, this deposit will be deducted from the total cost but is not refundable should you decide to cancel.
