All of our meat is cooked at our council licensed kitchen, this way we guarantee that the meat is cooked to perfection and we can serve your guests at the time you have nominated, cooking cuts of meat onsite can sometimes take longer than planned and the meal has to be delayed while the meat is finishing being cooked. |

We arrive about 1 hours before your nominated serving time and bring any hot food up to serving temperature in our gas ovens. |

We cater for Vegetarians, if you can give us the number of vegetarians that will be attending you function and any special requirements they have, we will provide their requirements within the menu price if we can. If the cost is going to increase we will contact you so we can come to an agreeable arrangement. |

Payment for your function can be either by direct deposit, or cheque or cash on the day of the function. We do not have credit card facilities. |

We do not have minimum guest numbers but we do have a minimum cost on all of our menus, this amount does not reduce regardless of how low your guest numbers get. |

You are welcome to make changes to our menus, see our selection list for the options available. If there is something that you would like that we do not have on the list please let us know and we will endeavor to include it in your chosen menu. |

We are not licensed to provide alcohol, we can supply tea, coffee and soft drinks. Please contact us for a quote. |

All of our menu prices include where required, either heavy duty disposable plates and cutlery or china plates and stainless steal cutlery. Each menu lists what is included in the price of that menu. |
