Your guests will be served platters made up from the items you have chosen.

Your cost will be as follows.

	For 4 portions per person allow $5.20 per head.
	For 5 portions per person allow $6.50 per head.
	For 6 portions per person allow $7.80 per head.
	Prices include the plattering of the finger food ready for serving by our waiters or by someone you have chosen.
	5-6 portions per person is usually sufficient for the 1st hour and 3-4 portions per person for the next hour.
	Should you require wait staff allow $30-00 per hour per waiter.
	Please note, we have a minimum charge of $500-00 for a Finger Food only, party.
